AND VALUES
The CYA Way of Doing Things is a Program designed to establish CYA's relationships with its stakeholders, by training and aligning staff, so that they always act in accordance with what we believe and try to encourage.
There are 9 approaches to be used to ensure we provide a special service based on quality and the solutions and innovation we have available, based on 3 pillars for our activities, so that we have the ability to “resolve issues”, i.e. By being willing, prepared and ready to find solutions in an active and customer-centered way.
