RUBBER
Group of products consisting of activators, accelerators (powder, granules or in masterbatches) and curing agents (sulfur, sulfur donors, peroxides and specific chemicals for some elastomers).
We provide both chemical protective agents (antioxidants and antiozonants) as well as physical protective agents (waxes and migrating chemical products), which protect the final product against the elements, so it lasts longer.
A broad group of products, which assist with the mixing and production of plastic compounds, as well as the processing of the compounds during extrusion, calendering or molding.
There are reports that rubber was already known to the Indians before the discovery of America. But it was only after Charles Goodyear's discovery of the vulcanization process in 1839 that rubber became as we know it today.

Fillers are responsible for strengthening the base polymer (rubber / plastic) and are often used to enhance certain specific properties such as resistance to traction, compression, shock, abrasion, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity or for finishing the part.
Product used to help release molded parts from the molds, CYA distributes the semi-permanent release agents and silicone base of the world leader, Chem-Trend.
This group contains desiccating agents, sponges, homogenizing agents, peptizers and pigments such as oxides (ferrous and titanium).
Liquid materials used for various purposes such as reducing hardness, aids for mixing in fillers and to achieve specific properties for the final products. CYA uses traditional mineral oils (aromatic, naphthenic and paraffinic), esters and factices.
RECOVERED RUBBER AND POWDER
RESINS
SILANES
To take into account the reuse of materials, CYA uses recovered rubber and 30 mesh cryogenic rubber powder. These products are widely used to improve the cost / benefit ratio of elastomeric compounds.
There are a wide range of resins for various uses: increasing hardness, or resistance to abrasion, increased tackiness, etc.
These products are commonly used in the footwear and tire industries to achieve high levels of performance in terms of wear (resistance to abrasion) and their mechanical properties such as tensile and resistance to tearing.
